What are your office hours?

Our office hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday and Thursday and 8:00 am to 7:00 pm on Tuesday and Wednesday. We also see patients on Fridays by appointments for emergencies

Do you see patients for emergencies?

YES! You are our patient and a part of our family, and we don’t want you to suffer for even a moment longer! Call us! We will take care of you in a compassionate, prompt, and conscientious way.

We reserve Fridays just for that so we can see you and fix the problem before the weekend.

Where are you located?

We are right across from the Festival Shopping Center next to Chesapeake Bank, Burger King in the tan brick building. Here’s some pictures and a map to help you find us.

What payment methods do you accept?

We are very flexible and have options for monthly payments so you can fit the care you need into your budget. We accept cash, checks, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and Care Credit.

What insurance plans do you accept?

We accept insurance plans that allow you to choose your dentist (usually called a PPO plan).

For your convenience we will file your insurance claim. Patients are responsible for their estimated percentage of the fee at the time of service. We will work with your insurance company to estimate your out of pocket expense. This is only an estimate and subject to change. We are also pleased to aid in maximizing your benefits however we ask that you are familiar with your plans coverage and limitations.

If you have an HMO or Medicaid/Medicare, we would be happy to see you- which many of our patients have- but please note that those plans do not pay for any services at our practice.

What age range of patients do you see?

We welcome patients of all ages, and we see patients as early as 1 years old to get them comfortable at the dentist. Our oldest patients are over 100 years old and we are proud to be helping them maintain their teeth and enjoy a healthy smile for years yet to come.

Do you warranty your work?

In our practice we provide excellent quality dental care with the best materials. We use only the highest quality materials paired with state of the art techniques. So you can feel confident that the treatment that you are provided with will last. As part of our commitment to excellence, we offer our patients our Patient Friendly Promise, which means you can be confident that any work we do for you will last. All you need to do to be eligible is come in for your regular recare appointments and receive the necessary diagnostic and preventative treatment (Xrays, Fluoride, clenching/griding prevention treatment) to ensure that you are doing your part in helping maintain oral health. Do you accept new patients?

New patients are always welcome. Whether you just moved to the area and need to come in for your regular cleaning or you have an emergency and need to be seen today, give us a call and we’ll find a time that works for you.
